Refund & Cancellation Policy

At aslibazar.com.in, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We follow a fair and transparent refund process to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Refund requests are accepted only in cases where the received product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Any such issue must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds are not applicable for products that have been used, damaged due to customer handling, purchased on sale or clearance, or returned due to personal preferences such as color, size, or change of mind after purchase. Refunds will also not be processed if delivery fails because of incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved and the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be initiated. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank or payment gateway processing timelines.

In certain cases, if the product is available in stock, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at no additional cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return occurs due to our mistake, such as sending the wrong product or a defective item.

To request a refund, customers must contact us with their Order ID, the reason for return, and clear photographs or videos showing the issue with the product.
